Erika Ashley Schaefer (born March 10, 1984 in Nashua, New Hampshire) is an actress daughter of a German American father and a Cuban American mother. She is most known for her role as Bo Derek's assistant Lexi Walker on Fashion House.
She attended college at ASU but left to begin an acting career. She has green eyes.
